Libraries are are still a popular public institution. All people are welcome to enjoy free services - books, DVDs, CDs, internet access. Unfortunately, even the most intelligent and well meaning customer can become behaviorally challenged when they enter the front doors.
I have worked in libraries for over a decade. This is a collection of my personal interactions with patrons which stood out among the rest. All posts are true. Names have been changed to protect the not-so-innocent.
